This one is a bit odd. I just keep thinking about the people who see images of Jesus or Mary in toast, stains, cheetos….etc.

If I’m not mistaken, the reflection gets the white shirt, black jacket and the white beard a bit better. Wait – aren’t reflections suppose to be upside down?
Now, I don’t believe most of these things, but you have to admit, this is a bit weird.

It has not been photoshopped.
Early this morning, 3/16/10, it looks like the White House ordered Newsweek to crop the photo so the apple is no longer visible online. Newsweek has cut the table out completely, now, because whatever’s going on in this photo was noticed by the public.
We spotted this photo late last night, and put it up immediately.
It’s clear as day that’s Karl Marx posing proudly in front of a woman who is “proud of apples for the first time in (her) adult life” after finding this Marxist one.

Yeah, well, it doesn’t have to be miraculous…subliminal advertising…might have been placed there. Then again, I’m reading Brave New World and I see conspiracies everywhere…mwahahahahaha….

IMHO – Its a very good photoshop job. However, if you go to Newsweeks website it is obvious it was an “inside” job. I think there must have been some sort of flash on the apple that resemble a man’s face and someone went from there. The problem is with the reflection – it’s doesn’t match the apple, but still looks like a man’s face……..that’s the weird part.
Obviously Newsweek photo shopped the image… nobody believes it miraculously showed up.
Why on earth would they photshop Karl Marx? Sick.

I read on HillBuzz that someone thought it looked more like Rasputin.
Some forget that Rasputin was seen as a faith healer, prophet and some even say saint. He had direct influence over Nicholas II and it is said that he directly influenced the fall of the Romanov dynasty.
Could someone be viewing Michelle as a Rasputin type figure thinking she will relieve the pan and suffering of America by influencing the fall of democracy thus making her a ‘saint’?
So, was this a “follower” or someone who dislikes her? I doubt we will ever know……

Okay, that’s creepy. I thought it looked like Rasputin too. But I had to choose between my flippant comment about subliminal advertising and mentioning Rasputin and flippancy won! His face is too long to look like Marx.
So now I’m gonna take it a step further…Does anyone recall another woman with an apple, a smile and a “serpent”? Only this time the temptation is Rasputin, Marx or communism. And of course, once again, the “man” is nowhere to be found…here kids, eat the apple!
As for the reflection…I know I see embryos everywhere, but honestly, in the small picture, NOT the big one, it looks just like a “fetus” facing forward with it’s arms folded across it’s chest….

I saw the magazine in print today – no face at all. This is not on the one that went out to subscribers – the apple looks like an apple.
Has anybody seen one that WAS sent out to subscribers???
It wasn’t a hoax because if you go to the Newsweek website you can still see a teeny, tiny cover and he’s there in the apple…

This makes it sound like a hoax. Problem is the pic on Newsweek is so dang small you can’t see it!
I think it is a web thing – I saw the cover at a restaraunt and there is a copy at the Ronals McDonald house – no face and no reflection .
Makes it more interesting to me to think that someone had deliberately altered the image – either to get rid of the face (for the print version) OR to add the face (for the web version)
