Global Warming and suicide pacts
There are no words to describe this one:
Argentines Francisco Lotero, 56, and Miriam Coletti, 23, shot their children before killing themselves after making an apparent suicide pact over fears about global warming.
Their son Francisco, two, died instantly after being hit in the back.
But their unnamed daughter cheated death after the bullet from her dad’s handgun missed her vital organs….
The youngster is recovering in hospital in the town of Goya in the northern Argentine province of Corrientes, where doctors say she is out of danger.
I’m not blaming the scientists that spouted Global Warming for this one. Those people were nuts. However, I can’t help to think about all the bogus scare tactics that was used to frighten people to force them to believe. This is what happens when things get over exaggerated.
Get good grades or the Hamster gets it
Image you have a 12 year old son. He’s in the preteen years and we all know what that is like! I’ve always felt that the preteen boys have it worse than the preteen girls. There voices are changing, they are growing in more ways than one, they are confused about girls but they know they like them. I know that my nephews had problems understanding the concept of school, education and good grades
whenever a pretty girl entered the room (literally, or on TV or in their imagination…….) Now the questions is: What do you do to make them realize the importance of getting good grades?
How about grounding him from computer games or the TV. Taking away phone privileges is a big one now a days. How about making him go to the movies with his *gulp* Grandmother! That just may be too cruel. So, what to do? I know, have him kill his pet hamster! Wait……..what?
Nightmare Before Christmas
Roland Burris, the Senator that took Obama’s place here in Chicago showed off his amazing, remarkable, prolific, pathetic literary skills on the senate floor when he shared his rendition of the well loved poem “Twas the Night Before Christmas”.
Can you even imagine? A grown man, a senator, standing up in front of congress and PROUDLY mind you, reading THIS?
It was the night before Christmas, and all through the Senate
the right held up our health care bill, no matter what was in it.
The people had voted a mandated reform
but Republicans blew off the gathering storm."We’ll clog up the Senate," they cried with a grin.
"and in the midterm elections, we’ll get voted in."
they knew regular folks needed help right this second
but fund-raisers lobbyists and politics beckoned.

The company also has a website called Build-A-Bearville.com where children can play an interactive video game that, on it’s surface, is unlikely to raise suspicion or sound alarms.
Psych evaluation for kid who draws Jesus
This is beyond ridiculous and more proof that this PC world just needs to grow up!
A Taunton father is outraged after his 8-year-old son was sent home from school and required to undergo a psychological evaluation after drawing a stick-figure picture of Jesus Christ on the cross….
The student drew the picture shortly after taking a family trip to see the Christmas display at the National Shrine of Our Lady of La Salette, a Christian retreat site in Attleboro. He made the drawing in class after his teacher asked the
children to sketch something that reminded them of Christmas, the father said…..
Toni Saunders, an educational consultant with the Associated Advocacy Center…..“When I got that call, I was so appalled that I had to do something,” Saunders said.
“They weren’t looking at the fact that this is an 8-year-old child with special needs,” she added. “They made him leave school, and they recommended that a psychiatrist do an evaluation.”
Only a Pinhead would think that being called a Pinhead was “cool”…

HEALTH CARE REFORM AND THE STUPAK/PITTS AMENDMENT

Women’s health means rightwing stealth. At the last minute, the Stupak/Pitts Amendment was attached to the Health Care Reform Bill. This amendment violates the underlying principle of health care reform, as articulated by President Obama, that “no one will lose the benefits they currently have.” Truth is that under the Stupak/Pitts Amendment, millions of women would lose benefits they already have and millions more would be prohibited from getting the kind of private sector health care coverage that most women have today. Ie: millions of women would lose private coverage for abortion services and millions more would be prohibited from buying it even with their own money.
SAVE MONEY, LIVE BETTER…NOT
Okay. Fair is fair. Much has been said about homosexuals and their rights over the
last couple of days. While I oppose gay marriage, and always will, this is not carte blanche to treat homosexuals or anyone else, as second class citizens. An incident took place at a Walmart in the tiny town of Niles, MI recently, and it has my blood boiling. There is a world of difference between allowing gay couples to “marry” and treating them like something on the bottom of your shoe. No matter what your view of homosexuality is, every human being, no matter what their sexual orientation, should be treated fairly, with dignity, as a child of God. Being gay does not make you less of a person. It simply makes you, well, gay.
Joe Paolucci and Thomas Hitchcock, two attorney’s from Chicago, were shopping at a Walmart in the Michigan town where they have a summer home. With them, were their special needs twin sons, whom they have adopted from Romania.

Getting a Little Desperate, Are We?
You know the left is getting desperate when they resort to using a bouncing pair of breasts to sell their PUBLIC OPTION. Heather Graham supplied the breasts, Move On.org supplied the Ad.
What is it with the left? They’re like uber obsessed with all things sexual. Contraception for all teenagers, gay penguins, sex ed for kindergartners and now knockers to sell a political idea! It’s like they’re all 9th grade boys with dirty magazines! Sheesh! Grow up already, will ya?
It seems to me the ad would have worked just fine if Heather Graham had simply been a person in “good physical shape”, but they had to lower themselves to the sophomoric level of placing the PUBLIC OPTION sign just underneath her not so invisible chest. I thought the left was all about women’s rights and not objectifying the fairer sex. Apparently not. They are their own worst enemy. How are women supposed to be taken seriously, when they degrade themselves by using their bodies to get noticed. Seriously. Pathetic.
